Need help from convertible owner

I'm putting a new top on my car and was wondering if someone would take a few measurement for me. The main top rear flaps that run down the back window, I need the measurement between the two flaps at the bottom molding and also the distance from the edge of the flap to the side edge of the trunk. My old roof was torn in this area and I could not get accurate measurements. Thanks in advance for the help.

it's been a while since i installed my top but 8.5 inches from the edge of the side tack strips rings a bell....

But if you've pulled the tack strips off the body of the car you will be able to tell where the edge of thee old material was just line the new material up with the old and zap that sucker in there.

Thanks John for the suggestions. That's what I did this morning and that seemed to work. The rear flaps are laying flat like they are supposed to. If I was thinking I could have taken a sharpie and marked all the edges on the tack stick before removing the staples. I'll know better next time.
