need help reading and solution to codes please!!!

Ok my car is throwing all kinds of problems at me right now and i need to get it fixed as its my DD. Ok my check CEL came on yesterday just out of the blue when i was going down the road so i checked for codes. Instead of doing it the hard way i just broke down and bought a OBD1 scanner and here are the codes it gave me.

113-Air charge temp sensor ACT sensor signal volt. is to high
114-ACT sensor higher or lower than expected
15-Failure in electronic control assembly (ECA) problems keep alive memory
and
7- it doesnt show anything for it

Any help is fixing this would be greatly appreciated thanks john

DO you think if i replace the sensor it would fix the problem? Do you think the ACT sensor is causing it to throw the code for the ECA?

make sure the air temp sensor is plugged in.
clean the MAF while your there too.

Thanks i replaced it and it runs ok now, only 15$ so wasnt to bad on the wallet!!
