need some glass help

So my side windows have what looks like dry water spots on them but I've tried windex and i've even tried to use plastic cleaner but neither worked. What can I do to get that crap off?!

I wold say it's probable some sort of acid rain type spots.
Your going to have to get more aggresive with trying to clean it off.
Try some 0000 steel wool, or maybe a scotchbrite pad with water or glass cleaner.

Ive always used Steel Wool for windows. Combined with Stoner's Invisible Glass.
