Take some carb cleaner and spray it around all your lines and if it revs up you have found your leak.

ok guys i looked at all the vac lines again and the only thing i can find is there is two larger vac lines that come from the back of the manifold then it goes into a T and then to a check valve.... that check valve has a strong vacuum and if i cover it with my finger the car runs better so my ? is can i just plug that up or is that supposed to be like that ??? if not why is there a vacuum on it ???

Did you plug the PCV valve back in? may be it's clogged? open the oil cap and see if smoke comes out when you plug that "Strong" vacum line.
