I have a 96 Mustang Gt, and I recently did the p.i. swap on the car due to blowing a cylinder head. Now I am running to rich and the car hesitates a little bit in 1st gear. I am going to buy a jet tuner next week to try and fix the problem. does anyone have any other idea's that I can look into.

The swap WILL NOT cause a rich condition at part throttle or full throttle.

Part throttle fuel will be perfect after a few miles, and WOT will be lean if anything.

So you need to figure out what is causing it to run rich. A programmer will just complicate the problem.

Just do a runthrew of all your sensors and check for pinched wires and whatnot.

do you still have egr?

stock tune im assuming due to your comment for a "Jet" tune

The swap does not cause a rich condition. my swap was flawless as proof.

Any Mils?

Your hesitation could be from coolant in a plug valley, have you pulled and checked those?

let us know, were here to help
