check your motor/chassis ground should be on the passenger side bottom. Looks like a braided strap, make sure the connections on the end are both clean and tight.

The wireing to the starter looks fine, I dont see a ground near the starter though, I found a ground strap for sale @ americanmuscle.com for $12 im gonna buy that, but I just tryed a solenoid hot start,a mecanic told me to let it click to start like 12 times to get the starter to start, and it worked my car started, but i shut it off and tryed it again it just clicks still, so looks like I need a new starter or starter solenoid?

I had this same issue with my truck. I repaired the starter and ended up buying a new starter. It still had issues starting and it ended up being a bad connection on the battery. clean the connection on the battery and try that!

Try jumper cables ground from battery to a good spot on the motor like a bracket or something to try to eliminate the cables just bc the ends look good doesn't mean they arent banged up under the insulation.

All the connections are clean meaning you just cleaned them, and tight meaning you can grap and pull/wiggle fairly roughly and it does not move correct? Even a slight looseness in the connections can build up resistance and unless you removed the ground, cleaned the connection and then put it back together there is just no way to look at and say its clean.

start your car and get out a volt meter. Set to DC voltage and put the + of the meter-leads to the + of the battery. Now try touching the - meter probe to both a clean spot on the chassis, as well as on the block. If everything is grounded perfectly the meter should show 0v or at the very least very low voltage(less then a volt).

If that does not show anything strange then move the + meter probe to the large + lug on the alt and do the same thing as before, also be sure to check from the battery neg to the alts pos when you do this as well as in addition to the block/chassis.

did you check the grounds with the meter like I suggested? We know the voltage at the battery is good just need to be sure it gets to the starter, before you yank the starter.

Jeff, stop freaking out and jumping the gun and take a real deep breathe. Scott has given you some awesome tips on where to start looking for the problem. Do everything he says and go from there. Otherwise, you're going to be the guy that asks a question and doesn't heed anyone's advice. You do that enough times and no one is going to want to help you. I'm not TRYING to be a dick, so don't take it that way.

Check any of the accessory sensors ie: cam, crank and distributor connectors.
