Ford needs to get more cubic inches!! 281 just isn't cutting it... N/A 5.4 or bigger!

x2....not even cubic inches, there are motors half the size from japan that put out the same power lol.

The best part is the v6 is faster then the SS. the mustang also beats the camaro in safety and quality.

i think all new cars are garbage. toyota, honda, ford, chevy... doenst matter. all garbage.

the ONE exception is the mustang. I feel ford *knows* how important the mustang is and I feel they take the quality of the mustang 100% seriously.
The fusion and taurus are GREAT cars. They HARDLY come into our dealership for warranty issues. The only thing the fusion is having issues is with the electric assisted steering rack. Otherwise they continue to impress me. The escapes are great little SUV's, and we can't get them in fast enough before they are already sold, same goes for the focus. I think you need to take a look in person, drive one, before you go off claiming they aren't solid cars. I've driven most of the models 300-500 miles randomly. All have been great cars. The new 09/10 trucks are kicking ass. Ford has NOTHING like this in any one of there models, except maybe the new transit, but even then thats from british ford and lord knows there will be problems there.

I helped design a lot of the tooling for welding of the front frame rails on the new Camaro's back in 2007. Lets just say the project as a whole was a nightmare and it doesn't seem to have gotten any better since the release. But back then everything was geared toward the car being built in Australia and not the Oshawa plant. They really didn't have a set clear plan for everything. Too many chef's in the kitchen, if you know what I mean.

yea, and it takes an engine swap in those cars to make them any faster, since the factory practically maxed out the engines' capabilities for selling purposes.

id rather have a 300hp car thats modable, than a 400hp car thats maxed out and unresponsive to mods.

Shit like that happens every time a new car is launched. If you think that's bad, you should see the service bulletins for Audis. You get a 50 page book... literally.

Just curious, any of you reliability subject matter experts ever taken a gander at Consumer Reports reliability ratings for the first 2-3 years of the new Mustang?

You guys are smart.

I want your grandmas signature on a piece of paper while you hold it standing next to a picture of you shaking hands with mickey at walt disney world, dated Aug 22, 1987.
