New catback!

got a new catback for FREE! just had to go pick it up.

its a Steeda catback for 99-04 solid axle cars, so it fit on my 96 no problem except i need the 98-04 tailpipe hangers, just running it dumped after the axle right now until i go get them

Steeda catback are made by Borla, so it is the same but used slash cut tips instead of borla's rolled.

Oh yeah I love it. I just hate my bbk x pipe. Can't wait to go longtubes with a vrs xpipe, should be a much cleaner, less crackling sound

Got the tips on. Just gotta fix a rattle in the exhaust somewhere, I think I dislodged the manifold to midpipe gasket when I jacked up the xpipe to gain clearance

He needs to go to a yellow pad or a microfiber cutting pad, then use some M105 and go to town! With the exception of the rear bumper that paint could definitely be saved

roof can be improved, but it is far too gone as well. clear is peeling on my hood too. we're just curious how much improvement can be made

Inside the car its louder, but not really on the outside. From my experience it just transfer the sound from the rear to under the cabin if you run open end mufflers.


But it looks good. Just needs some wider meats on the rear. Glad you didnt sell her =]

Part throttle is quieter inside the car, but WOT is just as loud. Or at least it seems that way.

Car is gonna stay the same for quite a while. New wheels one day, who knows when
