I have never been a fan of those. They seem like they are just too puffy and belong on a playschool car or something..

Is this install hard to do?

Well... its not as easy as changing your own oil or something. When I did it, it was the first time I ever removed a steering wheel and I was really nervous about the air bag. I did the install in slow motion and it took me hours to do. Knowing what I know now though, I think I could probably do it realistically in under 15-20 min. Half hour tops. The hardest part is getting the actual wheel off. I fumbled around with a wheel puller I rented from Autozone that I didn't really know how to use for what seemed like forever, until frustrated I just held the bottom part of the wheel with my knees and rocked the top back and forth like a mad man until it simply popped off. After that it was a piece of cake.

Don't knock it until you try it... if you get a chance to sit in a car with one you will probably want one. Its easily one of the best things I have ever changed in my car.

JACK ROUSH SINGED YOUR MUSTANG! WOW THATS AWESOME!

Yeah, he is VERY nice to his fans. He patiently signs everything you bring in & doesn't leave until all have been taken care of him. I've met him 3 times now & it is always a treat. Here he is signing my Roush Tool Kit in the trunk..

How much do those GT500 wheels cost?

do you mean FR500? They're going for $240.00 at American Muscle, but I just found some on Amazon going for $207.40 and $235.00

Do you guys think I'd have any difficulty dyeing it red? I just doubt that would look so hot with my porno red interior.

dying steering wheels and the horn/airbag never works out that well from what I hear. As long as you do not mind touching it every year then go for it.
