I am new to this forum and am glad to find a SN95 forum. I currently own an 02 GT,black exterior with dark charcoal interior,5-speed,mach 1000 stereo and stock bullitt rims. I bought the car with 65,000 miles on it. The only mods were flowmaster mufflers and possibly a 3.73 gear. I have not pulled the rear cover to verify it but i launches hard for a stock gear. The first mod that I made was a BBK c.a.i. then a MGW shifter ,autometer lunar gauge cluster, Projector headlights, blacked out taillights and foglights and a Mach 1 chin spoiler. Recently I decided I wanted to make a little more power so I started gathering parts for a small build. Here is a list of what I have so far.

Current parts

Dragon plenum and 75mm TB

Vortech V2 S-Trim S/C with 3.33 pulley

8-rib pulley conversion

SVT Focus fuel pump

42lb injectors

Maf-VMP Tuning

BBK shortie ceramic headers.

Flowmaster mufflers

My next purchases will be the following.
X pipe
SCT tuner
blower cams
heads
forged internals
Stage 2 water/meth system
gauges for S/C
Frame Connectors
Brake setup

Not sure how much rwhp it will make but should be a little more fun on the street. Sometime in February I will be going to a fully forged setup. I am looking at a couple of MMR longblocks but have not decided yet.

So far I really like the forum. I use to be on Stangnet but nobody really replied to questions. I have been on corral and like it pretty good and then googled sn95's and found this site. It is nice to not have to dig to find SN95 info.

I need a little help. I am trying to decide which to get an H or X pipe. I have heard the H pipe helps more in the lower rpm range and the X in the higher rpm. Since the centri chargers do more in the higher rpm range should I get an h pipe to save a little in the lower rpm?

It wont make that much of a difference for you to even notice. Get the one that sounds good to you (h pipe)

Here are a few pics of the car as it currently sits. I changed the taillights, headlights and foglights. Then I addad a BBK c.a.i., chin spoiler,MGW shifter, shift knob, shorty antenna and an autometer lunar gauge cluster. The car is dirty so please overlook that. It had been raining.

Cross pipes are more about sound. The power difference is minute (sp?)H has a deeper sound. Can be dronie. X pipe is more punchy sounding. I've had both.

I am doing my build and am trying to decide wehter to use my BBk C.A.I. or a powerpipe. Is the powerpipe worth the extra money? I just do not see how it could help any more than my c.a.i.

Looks good, and that is a good start to your build. Should make some good power. Go with the Powerpipe, as it will help get more air into the engine as well as fit better with your setup.
