Hi Guys,

I just joined here, but I am a member/staffer at several other Mustang forums under the same username. This past year, we picked up a project car for our 15yo son, Jack. The car is a 98 3.8L/5spd, which Jack and I have been working on since we got it. Jack has his own money and time invested in the car, so we hope he'll be more responsible with it once he starts driving in a couple of months.

Thats awesome..... I worked with my dad when he had his own business from 9 to 17, when I turned 16 I drove his old truck. when I finally decided what I wanted I had enough money saved from those years working to buy my 94' GT...... Its a great feeling knowing that I earned tht money from hard work.... I believe more parents should do this for their kids and not just go out and buy the kid a brand new car. Your son will be greatful you did this for him down the road!!!!!
