Former Mustang owner here and collector of Ford engines and transmissions for hot rods. Stumbled upon this in local wrecking yard. For $40 I figured I couldn’t go wrong. Can only find one reference to it but it appears to be tied to a later SN95 application. The extreme rear shifter location is a new one to me.

That’s a t5 from an 05-10 v6. I’m not sure if it’ll interchange with an sn95 t5. I’m assuming no but it would be pretty interesting as it uses a hydraulic tob. If that could be adapted somehow that would be cool.
