The Corral is my normal haunt, but I thought that as our cars are getting older, branching out to an SN95-specific forum might be a good idea. I've actually been a member of the site since 2006, but thought I should make a formal intro since I hope to be hanging out here a bit more.
My venture into Stang-dom began back in 1990 when I bought a red '87 5.0 LX 5-speed in North Carolina, and drove it home to Ohio. I had it until 2000 when it met it's unfortunate demise in a run-in with a stopping-short-no-turn-signal-using Buick driver. :embarrassed:
I was Stang-less until late 2005, when I found a 1995 GT convertible for sale by a Corral member in Michigan, made a deal, and drove it home. The PO had done H/C/I, FlowMasters and an O/R pipe, SFC's and a 3:55 gear set. At that time it wore '98 Cobra rims and '96-'98 taillights. Over the last ten years (really?), I've upgraded and modded it a LOT with some touches subtle, and some not so, culminating with the addition of a Vortech V2/SQ over the winter of 2014/2015. Colorado offers 300 days of sunshine, but living in the mountains a half-mile from asphalt means that my driving is limited at times by snow-melt and rain-made mud. I make the best of it, though, and get it out as much as possible when it's dry.
Some pics and my mod sheet are below. I look forward to "meeting" you all.
