I wonder why you're not in the 13s with such high MPH? That's weird.

Post your timeslip.

at least your consistent. 13's are so close, that would be driving me nuts. I cant wait to get back to the track but a current leaky injector has damped my plans of going as soon as I wanted to.

OOOOh so close, nice times. Are you running those heavy tires and rims in your sig, if so switching temporarily to some lighter weight wheels with some DRs mounted would surely help as well?

nope...I threw my old 16s with fuzion zris on them

for whatever reason those tires seem to hook great...I was pretty much hooking perfectly with them when I heated them up and launched..

But I dont really have a lot of balls down low with the auto

The 335s cant get traction worth a shit though...so even If I wanted to I wouldnt run with those tires.

Im sure I could get 13s in better weather...but I just dont see me improving my 60 foot without a set of 15 inch drag rims and DRs

Those 16 inch rims and 245s are pretty heavy...theyre like 48 lbs rim/tire combo!

I could probably knock that down to like 35 a rim/tire with welds

Which rims are these? The 3-spoke type deal from the early V-6 cars, right? I know the later 15s from the 99-04 v6s are pretty light also (16 lbs I think).

yea, the v6 wheels 99-04 are 16 lbs...like 38 lbs with tire but theyre only 7 inches wide

The 15s from the gt's in 94/95 are tribars with the holes right?

Few questions...

1. Not sure why you posted this here?

2. Your car seems really slow for a twin turbo cobra?

how much boost you running?

I thought a stock 96 cobra was capable of those times?
