What's up everyone!?! I just signed up for the forum today!
I live in Fort Worth, TX and acquired my Mustang last April from my father. He bought it brand new and outside of a Steeda tri-ax shifter, welded SFC's and new tires, this is exactly how she was when she was on the showroom floor in 1998. She just clocked over 29k miles and has only been exposed to rain one time her whole life, and that was when I drove her to Texas from Virginia. I'm super stoked to finally have this gem in my garage as I've had a crush on it since I was 13 years old lol.
I have a trunk full of some goodies that I will be installing and then dyno tuning for later this month or next--JLT series 2 CAI, 4.10's, Mac o/r h-pipe, Magnaflow street catback, Steeda UD pulleys to name a few. I've done a little routine maintenance items on the car since I've had it (brakes, plugs, fuel pump; like I said it's all 1998 stuff on the car lol). Currently the car has the IMRC's stuck closed (I have MMR IMRC delete plates on the way) and the fuel issues that the 98's went through has been a learning curve as well... but it's all in the fun lol. Future plans... who knows lol. I'd love a set of s197 seats ;-)
Anyway, looking forward to interacting with everyone! Now for the pics:
