NHRA Altitude Correction Factor Chart. What's your "REAL" ET?

Ok . . so I stumbled across the NHRA Altitude Correction Chart. http://www.nhra.com/tech_specs/altitude.html

According to the chart, I actually ran a 10.031 in Vegas.

And, if Hellion's 9.87 was in ABQ (and I think it was) he actually ran a 9.32!!

You guys might wanna check the chart to see if you're faster than you think. :boink:

That just means that the NHRA doesn't consider those tracks altitude correction tracks. The NHRA actually adjusts indexes at alt corrected tracks. For example, the index in Super Gas is 9.90, but if the event is held in Tucson, it's 10.05.

Truuble you are right, we did make that run in Abq. :thumb: That is about what we thought the ET should be with the correction factored in. We are trying to go out again this weekend, to do some more tweeking on the chassis setup before we tear it down for the off season updates. By the way how is your rebuild coming along?

The rebuild is coming along good. I should have the motor back this week and in time for Pinks in Tucson. You guys coming?
