You can just buy high flow cats from an auto store and weld then into either an off road H or replace your stock ones with them if its too loud.

I have another question, is there any way I can run a 150shot without a tune? I am doing the colder plugs and taking the timing back 2* will that be enough?

How much timing are you running to begin with? I'd say yeah, you'll be fine with out a tune. Look into an adjustable fuel pressure regulator as you may wanna bump the fuel a pound or or two with it. I've seen plenty of guys run that much through a stock 5.0.

I'd run it at about 8 degrees of timing. Stock can be anywhere from 10-12....you gotta check it yourself.
