Hey guys I haven't been on here for a little while and a lot has happened since the last time you heard from me. So last Friday my beloved mustang was stolen :( This was the last photo I took of her

I have no hope in getting her back in one piece, the police officer pretty much assured me that the chances are slim in my part of town. So I would like to introduce my new ride, I didn't have many options due to money constraints but I gotta say I kinda kept similar to the mustang 4.6!

Yea she was pretty much stock but super clean, don't really see why they would of wanted to take her????? I only had liability on her since she was an old never really thought full coverage would be worth it.............

I live in Temple City, never had any issues, really quiet neighborhood. My neighbor from accross the street has a couple of M3s and they are always parked outside, am guessing a mustang would be easier to break into.

What year was your car, wasn't it a 96 GT? I thought they start using PATS in 96? How's they take it? Did you leave the keys in there, or did they tow it away?

That's what I thought also, I have both keys by looking at them I can't see the chip outline. My moms expedition has the chip on her keys and they look identical to my keys same year also.

The cars are pretty easy start by just pulling the ignition module down from under the steering column and starting the car in "ghetto" mode. (I had to do this when the actuator rod broke inside of my steering column on my old mustang.) But regardless of that, the vehicle still wouldn't start without the key being in the ignition due to the PATS system. Unless yours was some kind a 95 build that didn't include the PATS anti-theft and it was marketed as a 1996 model???

Sorry for you man! That's gotta hurt real bad. Well, you got a nice T-bird now! Cheers for that. I thought that a T-bird would be a cool car too, if I couldn't have a SN95.
