I've searched for this and can't find any info on the forum.

I have two bad O2 sensors on my car and need them replaced. I can get the parts for a significant discount from one of my employees who has a second job working for Oreilly.

96 GT
stock SOHC Engine

I am finding conflicting information about O2 sensor part numbers. Mustangworld lists the 2 front O2 sensors as part # F5MF-9F472-AA. They then have different part numbers for the rear driver's (F6DF-9G444-AA) and the rear passenger (F6ZF-9G444-AA) sensors. I can only find one O2 sensor part that is a direct replacement at any of the major on line autoparts stores but don't know whether the sensor they have replaces the front or Rear O2 sensors on my car. All of these stores state that only 2 O2 sensors are needed. Am I missing something? The article on mustangworld specifically said not to mix the sensors up (article was on swapping to a MAC Pro Chamber). I have included a link to the article. The information is in step 5 of the article to the left of a picture of the stock and aftermarket H pipes. I really am concerned about doing this with the wrong sensors. What are the correct parts to use? Thanks in advance for your help.

Apparently with the arftermarket O2's they are all 1 part #. Bosch is 13127 I believe. I just replaced one on my 97 this weekend. Ford has all different part #'s because the connectors are color coded and dirrectional. The bosches are about $40 cheaper than Ford. I was having a problem with my car running like crap and when I put in the bosch O2 it fixed my problem. Do you have an off-road pipe? If you do, you need to either put MIL eliminators or tune out the rear O2's anyway.

They would be the Bosch sensors if I get them from my contact. She can get about a 40% discount on some parts. I will buy ford parts if I need to. I just have to pass inspecion soon.

The car (drivetrain) is basically stock as it currently sits
