At least you have your priorities in line :) That grill must come out quite frequently. It may be 20 deg outside but i'll be outside grilling with a beer in hand :)

My brother grills so much in the winter that they built an overhand right out of the back door so he can stand outside and cook without getting covered in snow.

The people in Virginia Beach are just amazed at how much he can cook with a grill. He made biscuits and their minds imploded.

But you have earthquakes.

and wild fires, and mudslides, and Hollywood.

no problems with any of those 3 where i am, NorCal > SoCal.

We do have the earthquakes though, my house is built on the San Andreas fault line, but since it has withstood the 1906 and 1989 earthquakes i feel safe enough

goddamn how old is your house?

foundation layed in 1896, but the structure of the house is only that old, we've remodeled several times since my grandparents bought it in 1952. Only $17,000 for the place back then haha.
