Got my clutch cable and quadrant today....
bought the Steeda cable because its supposed to be a better one... according to the guy at Spec.... well..... its the exact same thing Mike loaned me which he purchased from summit... the braket is a tad bit different...
Also, i paid the extra $3.00 to "expidite" my order. (since i figured id have my car running by today) and well, it arrived in the same amount of time...
steeda.... ... you sons of b****s.... .. . im calling them monday to get a refund... i could have bought a summit brand entire set up (cable quadrant and firewall adjuster) for the price i paid for the quadrant and cable from steeda...
if anyone here buys an aftermarket clutch cable (which ive always suggested not to do...) dont buy steeda... their quadrant seems to be of higher quality, but the cable is trash... mine is even dirty from the previous owner trying it and mailing it back... lol..... .. :violent1:
ive heard good things about maximum motorsports cables... if i cant get my OEM one to fit today, ill be calling MM...
