This is Wrong. You need BOTH pieces of the cooler to work..... Not just the adaptor.

I am currently PI Motor swapping my car and dropping the motor in in 2 hours. I moved my 98' Oil cooler to the 01 motor and took detailed pictures of the oil cooler and oil the Filter adaptor from the 01 next to each other.

No shit you need both pieces, he ALREADY HAS the adapter, for a cooler, he can use whatever he feels like running lines too, wherever he feels like running lines.

the adapter is universal for all 4.6, the cooler (the part that houses the lower radiator hose) is specific to mustangs. not sure what he has or doesnt, i just know they arent all the same, not even sure if it matters if the lower hose is at a different angle or not, but its possible.

I'm sorry, I wasn't talking to you I was talking to Handz in caps and all that.

He said earlier he has an adapter, therefore, the cooler doesn't matter, he can get anyone he wants/can find/is willing to pay for.

but i think he is talking about the factory oil cooler adapter, not an aftermarket remote mounted one, but i could be wrong.

i think thats where the confusion is coming from.
