For some odd reason, I have oil getting into my intake........ Why does this happen? And how can I stop it?

Is it getting sucked up through the hose coming off your valve cover? What part of the intake?

Its coming from your valve cover breather and / or your pcv valve. You can elimintate them and block them off on the intake and install a breather set up but that is not emissions legal and you'll have to deal with the oil vapor smell seeping into the cabin. If its excessive, you may have too much blow by which can be caqused by your rings going bad. Run a compression test on the car and make sure all cylinders are even. A lil bbit of oil is completely normal. You can buy an air compressor air/oil seperator and plumb one into the pcv valve and valve cover breather hose. I will still allow the system to function and keep the oil out of the intake.

Thanks for the input guys.

It's not tons of oil but it's still there. I'll check the compression though for sure as there is 140K on the motor.
