Opinions on hoood

Considering painting the center section of my hood, wondering if it would be better to paint it or to just vinyl it? Has anyone ever tried using vinyl to achieve something like this? How did it turn out? Let me know =]

Probably be easier just to have it painted. However, I think your car would look better without it. Do what you want, just throwing that out there.

well my tail light bezels are black, new mirriors will remain black, windows are tinted, and headlights are going to be replaced for something on htel ines of black beauties

Vinyl would be very difficult with the elevation changes. It doesn't look too bad though.
