Well I finally can Justify getting a Rotary.
We got a used Malibu Wakesetter, it's red/black. it's a nice boat. perfect for what we want to do with it.
It does need some love, probably about 30 hours worth. I'll be posting up a thread with progress pics.
Gell coat is super hard, and a PC would take 2-3x longer to work it, soooo, Hitachi suuuga powa!

just ordered:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000EI3X5/ref=oss_product

and supplies to wet sand, wool buff and final buff this thing.
(thanks to Justin @ obsessive detail for the info and hook up on supplies!)
wool pads
optimum hyper polish
towells ect,

give me a week or so, should be fun.

here's a phone pic from our test run at Lake Powell last week

maybe my gutt!

it's a really fun boat 96_SVT.
we did slalom skiing, wake boarding and wake surfing last week.
Wake surfing is interesing. you load up the front ballast tank, and one of the side balast tanks so you have a huge wake on 1 side, and surf the wake
about 6' behind the boat. once you get in the sweet spot you toss the roap back and just ride the wave. pertty fun.

We did good on this boat, I really like it.

no pics yet, but will soon.
I'll get on it in a few nights.
The rotary arrived today, and I've got all the stuff I need.
