Hi.

I am in the process of doing a pi cam swap. What's the best way to pry up on the cam gear ? there is not much to get a bite on?

following the guide stickied, it says to pry up on the cam gear to give you enough slack to remove the cam.

Do your new cams not have gears on them already? If they do then you should just be able to take the cam out with no problem. If you don't have a cam gears to go with it I guess that's why they want you to do it. I never had to pry any cams out and I've done 6 swaps total but all with cams that already had cam gears on them

Did you get the cams out, cause you shouldnt have had to pry it. It should just pull up with a little tug
