i thought you had a complete pi engine?
i think he is talking about puting them on the npi shortblock which bumps the compression up to 10.4:1

haha, I do..

Im just messing around cause this questions prolly been asked 1000 times.

But yes, you can run boost on a npi with pi heads, just have to run less boost, and be careful with the tune.

Its been done.

I would recommend an inter cooler atleast.

well if you are building the bottom end why dont you get the pistons with the same dish as a pi engine so you can run more boost?

the compression isnt much of an issue as long as the tune is good.

you'll make more power even with less boost and timing than a stock NPI car with more boost and timing.

Npi @ 7psi is the same dynamic compression ratio as a pi swap @ 5psi and the pi swap at 5 Psi will make a good bit more power.
