So i just got done with the PI intake swap on a friends 96 gt, and now the car has little power below 3500 rpm. It seems to be running super rich, and doesn't seem right. Any suggestions on what it could be? Please help.

Does it throw a check engine light? How about the idle? Did you change the plugs while you were in there?

CHeck plugs, and the boots. I had the same problem turned out to be a loose plug wire.

Ya.. the code says random /multiple missfire. I'm guessing plugs and wires. Just ordered some fms wires and ngk plugs.

lol amazing what codes can tell you :)

your telling me! im used to OBD1, where its a guessing game, the OBD2 told me specificly it was a misfire on #3 and #6... makes me like the modulars even better! Switched the two, and im ready to go.

Yeah when I did my PI intake and a tune, it was a BIG difference. I'm just waiting to put my 4.10's in and see if I can break into the 8's on the 1/8th. Glad you got it figured out.
