yea i gotta agree i was and still am impressed with the intake.
it does feel a little sluggish down low but like everyone is sayin,
it is adjusting with every drive. But man does it ever pull up top.
Cant wait to port a set of NPI's and through some serious cams in em.
i think im gonna go that route to keep my C/R low incase i wanna get blown.

wow, i guess i got dynoed on the wrong dyno then lol. I need to go to a dyno jet... on a mustang dyno with pi intake, o/r prochamber, cat back and K&N, it only made 185 rwhp and 231 rwtq. lol

My numbers were almost the same as you. I am going to have to check when I get home. I had the pi intake k&n bassani o/r x and catback and I was like 180 something rear and my tq was right around where yours was I think. I know the mustang dyno reads low. The car ran good though and that is all that matters not the dyno numbers.

Congrats on the PI cams being completed. I felt torque as well as power gains with my pi cam swap and confirmed what you saw on the dyno by being down on torque with the pi intake, but picking up ~7rwhp on the top end. Nice combo on our engines. I felt even more by topping it off by adding 70mmTB + plenum and confirmed it at the track by picking up 6/10s with DRs.

seems like i should have gotten mine dynoed on a dynojet lol.

They usually read higher, the guys #'s are about right,
Stock NPI 5-sp usually are in the 190rwhp area on a dynojet and 180 for an auto.

Yes. That's FLWP, not RWHP.

Thats an engine hp rating, i was referring to chassis dyno rating or at the wheels...

That sounds about right on a Mustang dyno, which reads a good percentage lower than a dynojet (SAE). On a dynojet you would probably be in the low 200s rwhp.
