Pi swap experts/advice

Ok i need someone who knows or did a pi swap from a 2000 mustang gt (windsor heads) I need to know what else ill need for my swap. ill list exactly what i have and you guys tell me what else i need. Ive been back and fourth between many difference guides and all of them are different. saying i need this and the other guide says i dont need what the other guide says i do.

So heres the list of what i have:
Driver and Passenger side heads complete with cams.
Head gaskets
Head bolts
Valve cover for the windsor heads, 13/14 bolt.
Valve cover gaskets
Intake manifold Gaskets
Heater hose
Heater nipple
Alt bracket with bolts
Dip stick tube
Thermostat housing O-Ring
Waterpump O-Ring

What am i missing?
I know i need the pi intake with all crossover but other then that what am i missing

You'll also need the coolant tube from a pi car that runs in the valley of the block since it runs along side the head and not the middle of the block as the pi intake is alot deeper and won't fit, or you could probably cut and splice yours to make it work. Also some of the timing cas cover bolt holes are bigger on the windsor heads, you'll have to find some bigger bolts or get some allthread and a nut.
