I'm proud to say that the PI swap on my 98 GT is FINALLY complete.... There were some up's and down's but it's finished. You can see everything that was installed down at my sig. I took some quick pics of it to show you guys how the engine looks now, which i love :hammer:

One of them shows the new Big ass Radiator, another one the large tranny cooler (Yes, I'm an Auto :knuppel2:). The rest are of the engine. Hope you like it :thumb:

Also, here's a link to see a quick video I made so you can hear the cams in action and see the new suspension as well. It's a crappy vid. but bare with me, I'm still jumping of excitement :hammer: :hammer:

It is running a direct system now. What I and my friend/mechanic did was eliminate the water going to the heater. So basically it's circulating in a direct form. We checked it and everything is runing flawless. My friend had done it before, so he knew what he was doing :thumb: The car runs at 178 temp know...

Sounds good man! Has it been dyno'd yet with the current set-up? Where did you get your cams from? Price? I want to get a nice lope like that at idle. Do you think that Typhoon Intake is worth or would just a regular PI intake manifold work just as well?

Thanks man. You're right there aren't 2 many 4.6 that are lopey. you should see the faces of people when I stop on a red light, and from the other mustang owners when they see me pass them:hammer:

Thanks :thumb: NO, it hasn't yet been to the dyno, but I'm gona get it there ASAP to do the final tuning and see how much it has. I bought my cams from Ebay :dancing6: They were new in box and I got them for $350 shipped (great deal). I you want a good lope get these cams man, they are awesome :thumb:

Ok, with the Typhoon, may people here don't like it. I'm not going to say they are wrong, everyone has their opinion, but I love it. Especially if your thinking NOS on the way down. The IM works awesome with 0 problems and it really take in air in the high rpm range. I bought mine form Ebay, again, for $325 shipped with only 4000 miles on it. It wasn't even dirty inside. So if U find a good deal on one, I would say buy it, if you put bigger cams, ported heads and a tune, (its a must).

Yea, I already have a 150 shot of nitrous, and still have the plastic intake (not sure if it's PI or not). I've heard of these intakes giving up with nitrous. Is there a way to tell if you really have PI heads? Would you recommend ported PI heads or are there other companies that have even better PI heads? When you get the cams, do you need to order them for a PI or nPI?
