PI swap prices...?

While pulling everything off my 02 GT in prep of new everything I'm lookin to put together a complete PI swap kit to sell. whats a fair price for a COMPLETE swap setup? Figured you guys that have done the swap would have a better idea since peoples 'asking' prices are allllll over the place. 87k miles, no issues whatsoever, have video of running. Also, is the timing cover needed for the swap?

The pi motor I bought the guy I got it from was offered $1000 at one point but kept his with me $750

I'd say anywhere from $250-400 is a fair price depending on the condition.

I sold my heads alone for $250. I bought my PI intake used for $100. Id say $350-400.
