I am looking for a picture of how the factory rocker panels attach to the car. I think there are clips that attach it to the bottom but how does it stay on the top? Also does anyone know where to get the replacement clips at? Thanks

They attach on the bottom with those plastic button screws and the little plastic clips go into the square holes in the body, plus a screw on each end. There's nothing holding them on top. Check out latemodelresto, they might have the clips, dealerships usually carry them but if you go that route make sure you buy a large Vaseline jar, each clip is close to $3 ea. And you need around 8 (not really sure) per side, although you don't need every single one.
