picture request: ignition coil/plug cable

so my cable from the dizzy to the coil literally blew up into 2 pieces last night...so weird considering they were brand new (the previous owner put it on). anyways, does anybody have a picture of the coil? it looks like there's a plug/adapter thing that the cable goes into thats missing.

Are you talking about the spark plug wire? What brand wires are on there right now? Although they dont last long, frpp wires are the only ones i use cause they are thick and cheap.

no, the wire from the distributor to the coil. i'm not sure what cables he put on as the car is at home right now...id have to look. they weren't cheapo's though..

the connector at coil goes into wire harness. connector at distributor goes to same harness. only wire to directly connect them is short plug wire shaped one.

but it shows as 2 wires while mine has 3 at coil.

it is not a stock coil either.

ok..the connector on the coil to the cap is just hosed then. i think it melted for god knows whatever reason when it blew. wtf...ive literally have 45+ cars and NEVER had this happen before. so weird. its a strange looking coil though, where the cable plubs in on the coil to the cap it looks like theres some sort of plug/harness type deal. i'll have to take a picture of what it looks like now so you guys can understand what i'm saying. it probably explains why there was a zip tie holding the cable in. i just got this car last month so I'm workgin out the quarks haha
