Possiable throw out bearing problem?

As of recent I've been hearing the weirdest noise coming from what i believe is my tranny. It seems to occur at random times(not 100% if its random going to test it tomorrow) that sounds like a jingling noise such as keys being dangled or jingle bells. A friend told me it might possiable be the throwout bearing going bad since his made a chirping noise when his went out. Any thoughts on what it might be?

Is it with the clutch in or out? If the clutch is out and makes the noise press in the clutch and if it goes away its the bearing.
