ok i am having some problems with my car, i recently had the car timed and it is 10degrees advanced i think, it runs smooth and drives fine until i press the pedal quickly, as long as i ease on it it runs fine, but when i punch it, the mtor lags, and it puffs out black smoke, i know it is running rich and my mechanic said that it was an injector sticking. i am planing on upgrading to 24lb injectors as soon as they get here, i already have a 75mm MAF and TB, does this sound like my injectors or is there maybe another problem. thanks

Unlikely. Injector failure is extraordinarily uncommon. How do you know it's running rich? Do you need 24 lb injectors? What is your motor combo?

Has your fuel pump ever been changed?

the motor is stock 5.0, i have put a msd coil and underdrive pulleys on it with a new h pipe and loudmouth exhaust. i know it is running rich cause when it revs hard it puffs out black smoke and it smells like fuel, yes my fuel pump and filter have been changed recently, the pump was changed before i bought the car, i think the previous owner put in a pump that pumps too much cause i can always hear the pump running or whining. i am upgrading to 24lb injectors cause i have the maf and tb that are 75 mm and calibrated for those injectors and i have an E303 cam with roller rockers and lifters and chromemoly pushrods, i havent put them in the car yet, i just wanted to figure out the overloading before i did the cam and injector swap.any info would help

Sounds more like a bad regulator to me... Has the fuel pressure been checked and verified to be correct?

did you ever check the fuel pressure? at least do this before you just start throwing parts at it and possibly wasting your money.
