I ran 10.3:1 with 10 PSI, I just kept it kinda on the ridiculous side of safe, 12:1 A/F, 18 degrees of timing. You leave power that way, but you keep your rods internal rather than external also.
I dont plan to change it a lot...but I would like to run a very safe tune with 9-11 psi.
