Looks real good. Can;t wait to see the finished product. Before i had my car repainted black this was 1 of my color choices to paint it. I had went to a chevy vette fest with a buddy and there was a new car section and from far away i seen this truck and said look at the color on that it was very nice and it was loaded with metallic.

its a 351w. eelbrock intake and carb on it. the stock heads have been ported. just planning on getting thething running for now. then i will start putting better upgrades on it. gotta start somewhere

That looks like a pretty sweet project. I love that paint job its sick looking and really unique. I bet its gonna sound pretty awesome with that exhuast hooked up on it.

ITS RUNNIN. :headbang: since i took this vid i found what that metallic scraping noise is. the flywheel is hitting the block plate. :angry4: it must have got steped on or something. there is also some pics of the exhaust installed. i will be adding the cooling system sometime this week and putting the msd 2 step and line lock in soon.along with the manual brake conversion. then lots or wiring. hopefully it will be ready by spring. BTW...the valve covers water neck and under hood oil pressure gauge will not be staying. and i know the wires are a mess. i will focus on making it look pretty when its runs the way its supposed to. oh yeah and i still have to send the headers out to be coated. ( i hate rusty headers)
