Hey I'm new on here and I already have some questions. To start, when I pull the engine is it better to remove with the mounts on the block or just remove hardware off the mounts. I have already tried to remove nuts off the stud and it's a royal pita lol . just looking for some thoughts.....

I usually use a couple of extensions and some 1/2" drive sockets with a breaker bar or impact gun depending on the angle. Just take it out any way you can, but I do recommend putting the engine mounts on before you drop it back in as this will give you a better chance to slide in place the first time.

I thought removing the nuts on the stud was the easiest thing to do. I had to do it a number of times on mine lol.

I found them easy to turn, but as stated could only get a bit at a time. See if you can find the size nut, then get a ratcheting wrench in that size. will speed up the process
