quality ford trans.. not

probably the only reason why i hate my car besides it being a v6 is the horrible trans.. Any help besides get a new trans for me. My trans slowly leaks and sometimes its very bad. Its all over the driveway. I just had it changed and leaks very bad. Sometimes at lights it will smoke from it leaking onto my exhaust... Does anyone else have a 95 v6 that feels like your driving a tank ,compared to any other 5 speed v8 or even a 5 speed 6 .Or is it just my shitty car. ever since i had my rear put in the trans leaks.. Would it be a waste of my time for a new gasket ? what would stop this leak its really pissing me off.. no one is going to ever buy a leaking trans car.

since it started leaking after you put your new rear end in...i would be willing to bet that your seal on your output shaft is shot

output seals are known to leak on t-5's... just pull the trans, take it to a shop, have them pull it apart and re-seal it, and change the rear seal. the trans housing comes apart, and it is sealed by RTV, not gaskets. but i wouldnt say ford makes shitty trans. because it has a leak...... its not their fault if a oil pan gasket leaks, it just needs to be replaced
