Do the amplifiers have there own 12 volt power supply or do they pick it up from where they plug into
the main radio plug?
I ask because I got a radio that matched the plugs on my amp but the radio would lite up
and look like it was working but had no sound.

Also developed a new problem,, The wipers come on everytime the key is turned on
---- Only for about 4 swipes then they shut back off

yes they are supposed to have their own power input. Check the wires and see if there is power on it either with the key on or off. you would also probably need to reconnect some harnesses in the dash.

ok here is the harness and amplifier that I hope to use where is the hot wire for the amp?

I just don't see where it can get any juice unless it get it from the main radio wires.
Keep in mind that I don't have this harness yet just a picture there could be a plug in it somewhere
that I can't see

it looks like every wire is accounted for, ( somebody sure chopped up that harness LOL

the amps power wire will be in one of the two harnesses plugged into it. The ground I think is supplied by that single black cable that attaches to the back of the deck. In addition to that there is the black/grey 8-pin plugs off of the amp that need to be plugged into the speaker harness that was probably plugged into the back of the radio.
