I have a stock 95 gt. I was thinking about H/C/I. What is a good installed budget? and would this wake this car up? Run high 12's?

Budget and high 12s never go hand in hand :p. The trick flow top end kit for $2500 would be one of the best bang for the buck :).

A good buddy of mine bought the Trick Flow setup for his fox. Stock bottem end with just the trickflow set up and he put 310 to the rear wheels. He runs 8.0's in the 1/8th babying it. He comes out of the hole pretty soft and it runs good. It's in a coupe so if weighs less but it would give you and idea of what kind of power you would make.

It takes more than H/C/I to make an SN95 consistantly run 12's. Especially being lowered 2".

The TFS kit will probably get you pretty close though.

i got ported and polished holley heads, stage 2 cam, and a trick flow street burner intake and my only other mod right now is exhaust. with a good launch and perfect shifts i run a 12.7 but id say im 12.9-13.0 consistantly.
