then you will need one more. Our 2v cars have 2 cams, one in each head. Reguardless, yes you will gain power from the swap.

Totally, stock your around 180 rwhp, swapped should put you around 240... That's 60 rwhp for 350 bucks plus another 150 for misc things to install them. You won't get power that easy or cheap again.

all around its a awesome deal, its just the labor that kills people mostly. it can be done with patience and basic tools.
ford racing makes a nice head change kit that comes with all your new gaskets and head bolts, you can get it for pretty cheap now a days.. and if i was you i would throw some long tube headers in there while you have the heads off. but go for it.
