Question about my exhaust.

My 95 gt has 4 cats correct, 2 in the bend going up to the headers and 2 long ones after those, my question is could i cut out the long ones and still have the front two and pass emissions, just wanting a little more sound.

It does have 4. I don't know about passing the emissions stuff though! When I bought my car, it had no mufflers. I added Flows and had my front 2 gutted and my back 2 cut completely out! My mechanic inspects my car, so I can get away with it. It did wonders for the overall sound of it!

Oh yeah, it looks like mt front 2 are still there though. That's why he gutted them.

The stock H-pipe 0n a 87-95 Ford Mustang has 2 catalytic Converters. The 2 large pieces are the converters

The 2 in the bend by the headers are pre-cats.
