Last winter I picked up a front 1995 Cobra brake setup. My parts came with calipers, rotors, and brake lines w/ banjo bolts. I?m getting ready to install everything soon and have a couple of questions for you guys.

Question 1: Can I simply use the GT brake lines & switch the banjo bolts with some new copper crush washers?
Question 2: Can I simply bleed the fronts (passenger side-drivers side) or is it necessary to bleed the entire system?

Thanks in advance

1, sure but why? Use whichever lines are in better condition.
2, no, bleed the rears FIRST following the correct bleed order of furthest from m/c to closest. A pressure bleeder like a motive power bleeder makes this a 5 minute one person job anyways.

I did the same front brake swap on my car. You can re use the hoses but its worth the extra couple dollars for new ones. As for bleeding, you only bleed what you replace, unless you want to flush the whole system. And always remember... Farthest away from the master and work you're way around.

Thanks, man.
A buddy of mine is going to lend me his MityVac. I'm having a hard time locating copper crush washers at my local auto parts stores. Can I just pick up a set of copper washers from a hardware store? I'm assuming I can reuse the banjo bolts?
