We can run water in our radiators..right?..Not like GM cars where we have to run DexCool or anything like that..Because I've been running water in mine since the PI swap..temps been a lot cooler

temp will be cooler with just straight water. antifreeze just keeps the liguids form breaking down. your ok

Anti-freeze also helps deter corrosion. You're better off running at a 70/30 mixture.

I'd run some antifreeze in there in the summer too, these cars operate around the boiling point of ater.

The antifreeze also has a lubricant for the water pump. I recommend a 50/50 mix.
