Quick question about internal strength

With the stock internals on the 4.6, how many rwhp can they handle?

around 400rwhp seems to be the safe bet. a big part of it is having a good tune.

good to know....I think after my car gets back to me (it's been at the shop forever it seems like), i'm going to add a 75 shot or 100 shot. That'd probably be my safest bet I think. I'd probably be ok with 125, but I just don't want to risk it.

Most say 450rwhp is our breaking point. I've heard of a few guys past that mark and they're fine. Personally, I'd never push it that far.

Sounds good, our internals are all cast so there's definitely a limit on how much they can safely take.

I would think no more than 450-500 on stock internals...
