Random ding?

So I have been experiencing the ding ( the one that happens when the headlights are left on or when the keys are in the ignition) when I open my door, but it only happens a single time then stops, this happens even when my headlights are off with my keys in my hand. I have disconnected my the wire and removed the original seat belts and components (part that seatbelt clips into) in order to install my harnesses. So has anyone experienced this problem before? If so what could fix it? Or any other ideas? It's not really a big issue to me, I'm just curious as to why it's making the ding? :dontknow:

You will also get the Ding from when the door is open. If your interior lights are on like when you door is open.
