So I had to go scope out some spots for some photos for work today.I was in the northern part of Central New Mexico, right by Santa Fe, about 30 minutes North of Albuquerque. There's some beautiful stuff up there, so I thought it would be cool to get some shots of the car, and try some stuff that I hadn't done before picture wise. I also got a video of the car at idle, just cause I like the way it sounds, the video is pretty boring, but you can still check it out.

This next one is one of my favorites:

For the next three, I wanted to try and get some motion, so I decided to try and take my own moving shots. I think they came out pretty cool!

This one is definitely my favorite of them all:

Anyway, thanks for letting me whore some, let me know what you think. :thumb:

wow man ALL of those shots are A1+++++ love it. That 1st pic is wicked and that 3rd one is friggin awesome man (isnt it a little sketchy parking on a hill heh) that 2nd to last rolling shot is really cool too, with the clouds in the bg and the way you got the side scoop and wheel looks like a pro shot...lol @ taking your own rolling shots.

Car looks great man what kind of camera do you use? The clouds are prefect for the pics man! Wish I had some cool locations like that and even more wish I got to go for a cruise in my stang and take pics for WORK :D

Haha yeah, taking the motion shots was a little sketch :noes: but it was fun.

I was way the eff in the middle of nowhere when I took the hill pictures, so there was little worry of someone coming over the hill and obliterating me, haha.

Thanks for the compliments. I'm pretty happy the way the pictures came out. I used my fiance's 5 megapixel Sony camera, it's just a normal point and shoot digital, then I just did a quick brightness/contrast in photoshop, and added the little combustion thing.

I really like the way the moving shots came out, they were way better than I was expecting them to be. We are kind of lucky out here that you can drive like 45 minutes from a fairly big city and be in settings like those, the weather that day made for some cool backgrounds also.

Thanks again

This has to be one of the coolest pictures I have ever seen.. There's just something about the menacing sky and the sharing on the back of the car that is just aboslutely awesome!

As everyone has already stated, very good pictures. The only suggestion I have is to apply a layer mask in photoshop and knock the exposure of the sky down because it's a little blown out in the third one.

I'd be too afraid to hold my camera out the window while I'm driving lol, that takes some skill. O0

Yeah It made me pretty nervous to hold it out the window, especially at highway speeds, but luckily for me it has a leash that I would wrap around my hand, and then hold the whole camera in my palm/hand and take the picture with my ring finger or first finger. It was actually a lot more stable than you would think, I'd do it again.

Hahaha Yes!!!!

Don't drop your camera though

*Craig (Hellion94) can not be held responsible for any dropped, broken, road rashed, or otherwise harmed camera's due to clumsiness on the behalf of the camera owner/operator. It should be noted that any persons taking their own rolling shots should practice this at their own risk and discretion...*

I had to put in the disclaimer...

Those photos are incredible. The one on the hill is the best. The cloud formations make it. Good thing Smokey wasn't on the Bandit's tail coming over that hill.
