Rattling/Buzzing on Accel

I just noticed a rattle/buzzing noise but it only happens when my foot is on the gas and im accelerating once my foot is off the gas it goes away. Has anybody ran into this and if so what did you find out.

Is it every time you accelerate? At all RPMs?
Like any mustang, i have a couple rattles but only at certain engine speeds

Could be a whole slew of things.. could be exhaust, something in the shifter.. lots of things. Can you feel at all where it's coming from? Front? Rear etc?

My shifter handle was hitting the side of the bezel..but only at 4500RPM +

sounds like its coming from the tranny area im just hopin my tranny isnt startin to go but it very well could be.

Lol, is it only when in motion or when you are revving too.

My manifold was cracked and thats what it would do.

Make sure all your o2 sensors are tight.

I just changed one on mine a few days ago and I didn't get it on as tight as I thought, and it made a rattling sound only when I was on the gas. Went underneath and tightened it and it went away.

im having a problem like that also..... a couple of days ago my temp gauge went to shit (hopefully) it pins high right off when the engine turns on and only goes down when my voltage goes up. my voltage is spiking around irradically, and whenever i hit the gas in 1st and second (when i have torque) my engine/tranny grinds and shakes. its very difficult to explain but it sounds like when the car starts to roll back something is preventing it from moving..... it is very bad when i turn. i have absolutly know idea what it is but it makes a noise so horrible i have been refraining from driving my car at all costs... ive been paying friends for rides around town . the noise/shake doesnt happen when i rev the motor in neutral.
